Your AI Operator.
It runs your business
while you focus on the work.

Operator is an AI Chief of Staff for solo founders and small teams. Connects to the tools you already use. Runs 24/7 in the background. Drafts replies, surfaces what matters, tracks action items across every system. Delivered as a daily brief. Not a chatbot — it actually works while you sleep.

No credit card. No spam. We'll reach out when your seat is ready.

The problem

Your tools are smart.
Your operations are not.

01

Context lives everywhere

Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Stripe, Jira, Calendar, Notion. Every tool is a silo. Every thread is a half-remembered decision. Nothing connects.

02

Chatbots don't do work

ChatGPT is a conversation. You still have to prompt it, copy the answer, paste it somewhere, and follow through. It doesn't run on a schedule. It doesn't have memory.

03

A VA costs $4k/mo

And you still spend half your week in triage. A human operator can't read every message, track every thread, and remember every commitment. You shouldn't either.

How it works

Not a chatbot.
An operator.

Operator is built on Claude and runs on Cloudflare. It connects to your tools via OAuth, builds a persistent memory of your business, and executes on cron + event triggers — not on prompts.

1

Connect

OAuth into Gmail, Calendar, GitHub, Stripe, Slack, Jira, Notion. Read-only by default. You approve every write scope.

2

Learn

Operator builds persistent memory about your business, clients, priorities, and preferences — and updates it every day. It remembers what a human operator would.

3

Run

Daily cron jobs + event triggers. Triage email, draft replies, prep meetings, track follow-ups, surface blockers, watch for revenue risk. All in the background. All while you work.

4

Brief

Every morning: a single brief with priorities, drafts for your review, and a log of what Operator handled overnight. One document. One coffee. Then you get to work.

What it does

Six things that would
otherwise eat your week.

Email triage

Every morning, Operator reads your inbox, classifies what matters, and drafts replies for the ones that need you. You approve or edit. It sends.

Meeting prep

Before every meeting, a one-page brief: who, what they care about, last thread, open questions, suggested agenda. Pulled from email, CRM, and memory.

Follow-up tracker

Never drop a thread again. Operator watches every commitment you make across every channel, and follows up at exactly the right moment. On your behalf, in your voice.

Status aggregator

GitHub PRs, Jira tickets, Stripe health, customer signals — rolled up into one board that updates itself. No standups, no dashboards to babysit.

Persistent memory

Operator remembers every client, every decision, every preference. Ask it anything about your business — it answers like the chief of staff who's been there since day one.

Autonomous runs

Cron triggers + event webhooks. Operator runs at 7am, at end of day, when Stripe fires a dispute, when a customer replies. It doesn't wait for you to open a chat window.

FAQ

Questions you're
probably asking.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude are chat interfaces. You prompt, they respond. Operator is autonomous infrastructure — it runs on cron and event triggers, keeps persistent memory, and takes action in your tools. It's built on Claude, but the product is the orchestration around it.

Is my data safe?

OAuth only — Operator never stores your passwords. Data is scoped per workspace and isolated in Cloudflare D1. We only request the minimum scopes needed per integration, and you approve every write scope explicitly.

What does "autonomous action" mean?

One action = one meaningful unit of work: drafting an email reply, summarizing a meeting, classifying a thread, creating a ticket, sending a follow-up. Reading is free — Operator watches your inbox and calendars continuously without consuming actions.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every waitlist invite includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.

Does it replace Zapier or Make?

No. Zapier is rules. Operator is judgment. You can still wire up dumb automations elsewhere — Operator is for the work that needs a brain.

Who builds Operator?

Yarova — a platform engineering product company. We've been running Operator on our own business for months before opening it up. See yarova.ca for the company behind it.
